Tiger woods

Tiger is in a tail spin no pun intended,,,  do you think this will hurt his chances  of getting the major title he wants,,,, I think this will be a distraction for him for a very long time that will effect his golf career,,   does he run and hide for awhile?    will he come out to play golf and this distraction keep him from playing great golf that he has played his whole career,   or does he come out and play like the tiger of old and uses  this as motivation to say dispite my transcretions lol it wont stop me from being the greatest golfer of all time and the top major winner of all time.

Dispite the bad news,,,   this can only be good for golf t.v ratings and the PGA , if  he comes out to play and plays well, as he has more eyes on him now then ever before,   he will have not just the sport nut watching him,,,  he will have people who never watched golf before wanting to see the gong show that will follow him if and when he does make his first apperance of the season..

The season starts in three to four weeks,,, should be an interesting season.

steroids and baseball

To start i do not condone the use of steroids, but lets get this straight, people want these players to play 162 games a year, want them performing at there best , we get upset when a player spends to much time on the disable list, but yet a supplement that helps u take care of all the things that  we complain about we redicule them for using it.  The only problem i have with players using the steroids is it  taints the numbers they put up, as the players before them didnt have access to these drugs so they were not able to play as long or as hard or they might have better numbers then we see today. Hank arron might have played a couple of more years and still have the homerun title.  The use of steroids can hurt ur body in the long run, that is the players choice, but how can u say a person is bad or redicule them for making millions and wanting to use something to help them play longer, i would say at least 80% of the people out there would have used these drugs if put in the same situation. I do not know how we can fix this, how we can change the records of this era, as not all players during this era used them, but if you are found that you have used them your records should be deleted like other atletes have had done to them in other sports, but i say lets not redicule these players for trying to play longer harder and faster as anyone of us would have done the same thing. the thing about baseball is, steroids dont help u throw farther, they dont help you hit the ball no drug in the world can help you do that, all it does is help you stay strong and bounce back quicker, which the older players didnt have the oppertunity.

vanderbilt blowing it again

well it looks like another disappointing season for the commedores, since chris nicksons injury the offense has looked brutal, with nickson in the offence is average at best when he is playing at the top of his game, but since adams has come in, and i dont want to put all the blame on him, but they have looked terrible scoring one touchdonw to duke is aweful, the defence should be applauded, they have won at least two games for the dores this year,   again we get off to a great start to the season only to watch as this team fails down the strecth, the have done this for a few years now, hopefully with a week off maybe nickson can get back in and win a couple pf games and save a season where the bowl game was a lock, if not then its another disappointing season that looked so promissing for the commerdores this year heres to hoping

vandy vs auburn

well fellow vanderbilt and college football fans this is going to be one of the biggest games of the weekend.   auburn comes in to vanderbilt to try and beat the secs top team at 4-0 vandy. although auburn is ranked alittle higher then the dores, vanderbilt still holds down first in the sec with a 4-0 record.  hopefully this will be a good game played by both teams and the dores come out on top, i am predictiing a 27-21 dores win, hopefully nickson can keep up his strong play and defeat auburn who with a lose could be tough road to a bowl game for them, and a win just pushes the dores that much closer to there first bowl game in over 20 years, lets go dores

how does jp the gm of toronto keep his job

how does i gm of the toronto Blue Jays keep his job. he had a five year plan that will now turn into and eight or nine year plan, as he has been brought back to give it another try, no gm has done less and won less and still has kept his job, its almost like he has pictures of godfreys wife or naked pics of ted rogers. He did great buy cutting the slackers when he first got here, trimmed the payroll to teds liking, and then was given an open wallet to go get players.  what he has done is gone out and get three third baseman, all injured, a shortstop in David Eckstein who couldnt hold john macdonalds jock in the infield,   singing him after he signed macdonald to a nice contract, signs eckstein to a big contract, signs frank over the hill thomas to a hugh contract just to cut him three weeks into his second season, if anybody wasted this kind of many or even one tenth of this money they would have been fired long time ago. the only good thing he did this year was fire john gibbons, who i still think did a good job, but then he brings in cito gaston to save his butt, which as much as i like cito i thing he did save jp`s job and that sucks. jp is a great scout of talent, and can find players some cant but he doesnt know what to do with them.   unfortunately we are now stuck with him as i know cito will do a great job with this team next year and will save his job again, so it does look like we are stuck with him for years to come.

vandy getting respect

Well it finally looks like the year vandy finally breaks there streak of none bowl years, it has been said in the last few years that this would happen but it looks like nickson has turned his game and the teams game around, he is doing everything except play d, of which they r holding there own on that front, nickson has 5 rushing touch downs 3 passing touch downs no int`s, and has brought them back in two of there wins,he is playing heisman type football and could possibly lead them to there first bowl win since i was in diapers. lets hope they have a gret game against auburn and if they win a bowl game is ours

sign barry bonds

for jp to save his job he needs to sign Barry Bonds, and hope he puts up the numbers that will get the jays back ino contention. not only will signing him create a buzz around toronto, it will also take the attention of the struggking hitting that jp has put together. signing barry will also draw 10 to 20 thousand more fans which for all the head aches he might bring,  he will put asses in the seats which will put money into the owners pocket. sign him now  vernon is hurt we need an out fielder, and a dh so sign bonds and he can help in both areas. If jp doesnt sign him he might as well pack his bags now
